Registration Each family must pay an annual registration fee of $30. Established students pay an annual registration fee of $10 due in September.
Tuition Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee will be applied to each unpaid student account if not paid in full by the 5th of each month.
Costumes and Deposits Charisma dancers perform in an annual spring recital. Measurements are taken for each student during class in the month of November. A costume deposit of $50 per class is due November 15th. A $50 processing fee will be applied for each class costume if paid after the due date. Costume balances are posted in the costume book during January and the balances are due January 15th. Please see the “Year At a Glance” for official due dates.
Private Lessons Private lessons are available with the instructor of your choice and the cost is $35 per half hour. Lessons are booked directly with the instructor and payment is due at the time of booking. Charisma requires 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson for a full refund.
Year End All student accounts must be paid in full to perform at the annual spring recital. This includes tuition, private lessons, costumes and any other fees that may have incurred during the year.
Snow Days and Power Outages Please call the studio and listen for closures due to snow or power outages at (253) 581-8711.
Makeup Classes Please contact the studio at (253) 581-8711 to schedule a makeup class.
Guest Drop-Ins Guest drop-ins are acceptable for technique classes only. Guest dancers must be registered and paid with the studio secretary prior to class. The studio secretary will provide a paid receipt and the guest dancer will present the receipt to the teacher prior to class start time.
